* WHAT...Snow, mixed with rain at times today. Storm total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches with locally higher amounts above 7000 feet.
* WHERE...Four Corners/Upper Dolores River.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM MST Friday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A mix of rain and snow will transition to all snow around or shortly after sunset this evening. It will be difficult for snow to accumulate at first with marginal temperatures near freezing in the valleys. As temperatures drop, snowfall will become widespread and heavy at times. The heaviest snow is expected to fall before midnight with lighter snow lingering into Friday morning. Travel will become difficult after sunset with wet and slushy conditions turning icy as colder air arrives.
* AFFECTED AREAS: FOUR CORNERS/UPPER DOLORES RIVER
