* TIMING...This morning and afternoon, ending at 6 PM.
* WINDS...Sustained southwest winds around 20 mph with gusts of 35 to 45 mph at times.
* IMPACTS...Unsecured objects could be tossed around outdoors. Trees with weakened root systems may be more prone to being uprooted given the wet soil conditions. Also, drivers of high profile vehicles may encounter difficulty driving especially on east-west roadways.
