Police looking for vehicle involved in a friendly stranger incident around Jackson Elementary School 
On Monday February 11, at about 3:30pm, a Jackson Elementary student reported that a black, small sized SUV approached her at the intersection of Kellogg and Adel St. A male driver and rear seat passenger solicited her to get into the vehicle because it was cold out. This student fled from the area and the vehicle left in an unknown direction.
Vehicle description: smaller black SUV with a dent in the driver’s side door and darkly tinted windows.
