Wilmington Police are asking for assistance from the public to locate a missing juvenile.
Quran Stanford, who is 9 years old, was last seen in the 200 block of West Fourth Street. He is approximately 4 foot, 2 inches tall and weighs 57 pounds. He is not believed to be in danger.
