Body located near Bells Ferry and Cobb Parkway
Early Tuesday morning, February 12, 2019, Marietta Police Officers were called to the area of Bells Ferry Road and Cobb Parkway North. While conducting an unrelated investigation, Patrol Officers discovered the body of a deceased female in the wooded area near the intersection. Investigators were called in and the preliminary report from the Cobb County Medical Examiner’s office ruled this a suspicious death.
The victim has been identified as fifty-seven-year-old Kelley Albertson of Marietta Georgia. Albertson’s photo is attached to this release.
