Traffic Lights at SR25 & I-65 are still out due to power outage. Treat as 4-Way Stop. 
Due to an earlier accident the power to the traffic signals at SR25 (Schuyler Ave) and I-65 North and South Exits is still without power.
Duke Energy has an estimated completion of noon (2-13-19) for restoring service. INDOT has been advised and is looking into placing temporary stop signs at intersection.
Reminder to treat no-power intersections as 4-Way Stops until service is restored.
