Wind Advisory until 04:00PM Wednesday 
The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 10 PM this evening to 4 PM EST Wednesday.
* WINDS...West 10 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
