* At 1221 AM PST, Rain and snowmelt will produce areas of urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Expect flooding of low- lying and poor drainage areas tonight. Between one half to one and a half inches of rain has either already fallen in the past several hours or will fall over the next 6 hours in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hillsboro, Oregon City, Battle Ground, Washougal, St. Helens, Kelso, Seaside, Woodland, Castle Rock, Cannon Beach, Garibaldi, Manzanita, Portland, Vancouver and Gresham.
