* IMPACTS...Strong westerly winds are expected to develop this afternoon and continue tonight. These strong winds will increase the threat of power outages later today and tonight.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on icy road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning commute.
