At about 2:00 P.M. Philip Tan, who suffers from Alzheimer's Disease, went missing from his residence. He is 77 years old possibly wearing a Blue Flannel shirt, glasses, Blue style Dickies pants. Philip is bald, clean shaven and walks with a limp. He may be in possession of a cane. He is 5'06" approximately 150 pounds. He was last seen in the area of Royal Ave. and Wishard. Call SVPD 805-583-6950 immediately if you locate him.
