At approximately 11:32 AM, a caller reported a domestic violence incident that occurred near the Central Library. The victim reported the suspect may be armed with a gun and he went into the Library. Several police officers responded. St. Justin’s School was lockdown for a few minutes until officers were able to locate and arrest the suspect. There are no outstanding suspects. The investigation is ongoing.
