TONIGHT TO 7 PM EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations
  of 2 to 4 inches, mainly during the overnight hours, and ice
  accumulations of a light glaze expected, mainly Tuesday
  morning. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northern and northwest New Jersey.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 7 PM EST Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and
