UPDATE : Missing Person Donald Stevens has been located - Silver Alert canceled
Donald Stevens, who was reported missing in Thousand Oaks yesterday, was located last night by the Kern County Sheriff’s Office last night near Lake Isabella. Stevens has been safely reunited with his family in Thousand Oaks.
