Suffolk County Police Sixth Squad detectives are investigating a hit-and-run crash involving that injured a man in Selden last night.
 
Ronald Lemire was walking southbound on Park Hill Drive when he was struck from behind by a motor vehicle at approximately 10 p.m. The vehicle did not stop, continuing southbound on Park Hill Drive.
 
Lemire, 36, of Selden, was transported via Selden Fire Department Ambulance to Stony Brook University Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
 
The investigation is continuing. Detectives are asking anyone with information on the incident to call the Sixth Squad at 631-854-8652 or anonymously to at Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
