Winter Weather Advisory until 03:00PM Wednesday

Periods of freezing drizzle and freezing rain will redevelop later tonight and continue into Wednesday, eventually ending from west to east Wednesday afternoon. For south-central and southeast Kansas, impacts from ice look to be similar, or worse, than what occurred this morning.

* WHAT...Freezing rain. Ice accumulations of a few hundredths of an inch to as much as two tenths of an inch. Highest ice accumulations expected east of the Kansas Turnpike. However, little, to no, ice accumulation is expected across Montgomery and Labette Counties.

* WHERE...Portions of Central, South Central and Southeast Kansas.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM CST Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The icy conditions will impact the morning commute Wednesday. Conditions are expected to be similar to, or worse than, this morning. Isolated power outages possible east of the Kansas Turnpike.
