Dense Fog Advisory until 10:00AM Tuesday
An unseasonably warm and humid air mass has settled into place across the forecast area. As this air mass cools during the night, fog will form, that will become dense at times. In addition, light south winds will bring dense sea fog near the coast inland through the night. Widespread visibilities around 1/4 of a mile is expected with visibilities near zero at times. The fog will begin to lift with visibilities improving by late morning as daytime heating takes affect. The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect from midnight tonight to 10 AM CST Tuesday.
