1/17 – 11:19 p.m. – Police were alerted to a vehicle tailgating another vehicle, and swerving lane to lane, on Route 158 entering into Millstadt. An Officer observed the vehicle commit a traffic offense, and initiated a traffic stop on West Washington Street. The driver, Jeffrey D. Scharf age 44 of Millstadt, was charged with Driving Under the Influence, and Improper Lane Usage.
