* VISIBILITY...Fog will continue to reduce visibility to less than a quarter mile at times across parts Southern Illinois this morning.
* IMPACTS...Reduced visibility will create hazardous driving conditions this morning. make sure to use low beam headlights if traveling.
* AFFECTED AREAS: SALINE ... ALEXANDER ... SCOTT ... FRANKLIN ... UNION ... JEFFERSON ... CAPE GIRARDEAU ... JOHNSON ... JACKSON ... HAMILTON ... WILLIAMSON ... WAYNE ... PULASKI ... PERRY
