The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until noon CST today.

* VISIBILITY...Areas of dense fog will develop over southeast IL during this morning. Visibilities lowering to a quarter mile or less at times through noon.

* IMPACTS...Limited visibilities may make travel more difficult this morning.

* AFFECTED AREAS: DOUGLAS ... MOULTRIE ... CUMBERLAND ... COLES ... LAWRENCE ... CLARK ... RICHLAND ... CRAWFORD ... SHELBY ... EFFINGHAM ... CLAY ... JASPER ... EDGAR
