Franklin Police are asking for the public’s help to find a 14-year-old runaway. Melanie Perry left from her Sullivan Farms home on foot at 7:20 p.m., without a coat or her cell phone. Perry has not been seen since. She is 4’11” and weighs 100 pounds. She was last seen wearing black leggings and a navy hooded sweatshirt.
