City of Alameda: Late Night Tube Closures - Expect Delays Caltrans is conducting a full closure of the Posey Tube (leaving Alameda) tonight, January 30, from 10:00 pm - 4:30 am, and a full closure of the Webster Tube (entering Alameda) Thursday, January 31, from 10:00 pm - 4:30 am, to perform sump pump services and standpipe inspections. Caltrans has advised motorists to expect delays and allow extra time for their commute.
