Wind Chill Warning until 07:00PM Thursday

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills of 30 to 45 below zero will last through Thursday morning, before slowly improving on Thursday. Coldest wind chills will be near I-94 and away from Lake Michigan. Any blowing and drifting snow will end early this evening. Slick roads are expected through Thursday.

* WHERE...Clinton, Eaton, Ingham, Kalamazoo and Calhoun counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: CLINTON ... INGHAM ... KALAMAZOO ... CALHOUN ... EATON

Instructions:

A Wind Chill Warning means the combination of very cold air and the wind will create dangerously low wind chill values. Frostbite can occur quickly and even hypothermia or death if precautions are not taken.
