WANTED WEDNESDAY!! Janesville Police Department is starting an initiative to clear out the hundreds of bench warrants that are active for people that have been arrested for an offense and didn't show up for court. This week JPD is looking for David L Dutcher m/w 41years old for disorderly conduct/domestic violence. The warrant for Dutcher's arrest was issued on 01-24-19.
