Dyeon Sublett is arrested for Kidnapping, Robbery, Inflicting Corporal Injury and Obstructing a Peace Officer

LOCATION: 15900 block of Molina Drive, Victorville
SUSPECT: Dyeon Sublett, 37-year old Victorville resident
VICTIM: Confidential
SUMMARY: On January 14, 2019, deputies from the Victorville Police Department responded to an unknown disturbance in the 15900 block of Molino Drive.
Upon arriving, deputies discovered the victim had been involved in an argument with the suspect, her boyfriend, Dyeon Sublett. During the argument, the suspect took the keys from the car the victim was sitting in, as well as her cell phone and purse. He then forcibly removed her from the car and carried her several yards, against her will. As deputies arrived, the suspect ran from the scene. He was taken into custody after a short foot pursuit.
The suspect was arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center for kidnapping, robbery, inflicting corporal injury, and obstructing a Peace Officer. He is scheduled to appear in Victorville Superior Court on January 28, 2019.
