The NWS has issued a WIND CHILL WATCH for the City of St. Louis from 1/29/19 at 6 PM through 1/31/19 at 12 PM.

WIND CHILL WATCH IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills possible. Wind chills as low
as 40 below zero possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central and northeast Missouri
and west central and southwestern Illinois.

* WHEN...From Tuesday evening through Thursday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The dangerously cold wind chills could
cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Chill Watch is advanced notice that there is the potential
for a combination of very cold air and strong winds to create
dangerously low wind chill values. Monitor the latest forecasts
and warnings for updates on this situation.
