WHAT...Snow changing to freezing drizzle before ending later this morning. Some light and blowing snow is possible this afternoon. Dangerously cold wind chills possible. Additional snow accumulations of up to one inch and ice accumulations of a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. Wind chills as low as 55 below zero possible.
