Synopsis: A 27 year old male was on a motorized scooter, traveling southbound 3900 Ocean Front Walk. He put his foot down to stop and fell off the scooter, fracturing his lower left leg. He was transported to a local hospital by medics. Traffic Division responded to the scene and are investigating the incident.
