mainly at the higher elevations. Winds gusting near 40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Virginia,
northwest North Carolina and southeast West Virginia.
* WHEN...From 5 AM to 7 PM EST Tuesday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult for the
