* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, from 3 PM Tuesday to noon CST Wednesday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 6 AM to 3 PM CST Tuesday, and again from noon Wednesday to 9 AM CST Thursday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes.
