On January 26, 2019, at 8:45 a.m. Deputy Jennifer Loesch conducted a traffic stop on a Gray 2019 Chevy Colorado for speeding on US 41 near County Road 100 North. Upon approaching the vehicle Deputy Loesch identified the driver as 38 year old Bradley Woods of Princeton. During a roadside investigation Deputy Loesch ran Mr. Woods through the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicle and discovered that Mr. Woods was driving on a suspended license with a prior conviction. Deputy Loesch placed Mr. Woods into custody and prepared to have his vehicle towed. During an inventory of the vehicle a passenger in the vehicle, 39 year old Lori Frank of Washington, Indiana was taken into custody after illegal drugs were found in her possession. At the conclusion of Deputy Loesch’s investigation Mr. Woods and Ms. Frank were transported to the Gibson County Jail.

Bradley Woods was charged with Driving While Suspended/Prior, Possession of a Syringe, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Possession of Methamphetamines. He has since posted a $750 bond.

Lori Frank was charged with Possession of a Syringe, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Methamphetamines. She also has posted a $750 bond.

Assisting Deputy Loesch in her investigation was Deputy Zach Lienemann and Sergeant Bruce Vanoven.

All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
