Please be advised that due to the expected winter weather event the City of Howell is declaring a "Snow Emergency" starting at 8:00 am, Monday, January 28, 2019, through 6:00 pm, Tuesday January 29, 2019. During the emergency all vehicles must be removed from the street to allow public works personnel to perform winter maintenance in a safe and efficient manner. While the snow emergency does not start until Monday morning, we ask that vehicles not be parked on the street tonight in case the snow starts earlier than projected. Vehicles that are not removed during the snow emergency will be towed at the owner's expense. Please monitor the City website, social media pages, access channel and local media for updates.
