* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 9 to 13 inches are expected.
* WHERE...Portions of Northern Lower Michigan.
* WHEN...From 4 AM to 10 PM EST Monday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel will be very difficult to impossible, including during the morning commute on Monday. Winds gusting as high as 25 mph will cause patchy blowing and drifting snow. The cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
