Two suspects in Grand Terrace are arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle

LOCATION: Barton Rd./ Interstate 215, Grand Terrace
SUSPECTS: Tanya Mirabel, age 25; Sergio Villegas, age 25 both residents of Perris
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY:
On January 26, 2019, Deputy G. Gile, from the Sheriff's Central Station located a stolen vehicle travelling toward the Interstate 215 freeway in Grand Terrace. Deputy Gile conducted a traffic stop and contacted the driver, Tanya Mirabel and passenger, Sergio Villegas. Both suspects were taken into custody without incident. Mirabel had previous arrests for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle in Riverside County. Both suspects were arrested for PC 496(D)(A), Possession of a Stolen Vehicle and booked into the Central Detention Center.
