Synopsis: A Hispanic male was riding his 2014 Harley Davidson Road King motorcycle with a passenger westbound 400 F St. The rider was doing a wheelie when he lost control. The passenger fell off the motorcycle. The motorcycle continued where it hit two pedestrians at the corner of 4th Ave and F St. The rider fell off the motorcycle and fled the scene leaving the motorcycle there. The motorcycle passenger is a 32 year old female who was transported to the hospital with complaint of pain. A 21 year old male pedestrian was transported to the hospital with a laceration to the knee and a fractured ankle. A 55 year old female pedestrian was transported with a fractured right elbow. San Diego Police Traffic Division is investigating.
