Synopsis: A 34 year old female was driving her Nissan Murano northbound 10100 Carroll Canyon Rd in the #1 lane. A 38 year old male driving his Honda Civic was pulling out from the business district parking lot onto Carroll Canyon Rd. The Honda made a left turn crossing all lanes to go southbound on Carroll Canyon Rd. The Honda pulled out in front of the Nissan causing her to hit him. The driver of the Honda sustained serious facial injuries and was transported to the hospital with non life threatening injuries. The driver of the Nissan had complaint of pain and scratches. San Diego Police Traffic Division is investigating.
