**UPDATE** #LASD Homicide Detectives Responding to Death Investigation, 38500 block of 35th St East, Palmdale
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Homicide Bureau detectives are continuing their investigation into the death of a male adult on the 38500 block of 35th St East, Palmdale. The incident occurred on Thursday, January 24, 2019, at approximately 4:11 p.m.
Detectives have learned that deputies assigned to the Palmdale Sheriff's station responded to the location regarding an assault with a deadly weapon had just occurred call.
Upon their arrival, deputies encountered a victim who had been struck and pinned against a residence by a champagne colored SUV.
The suspect fled the location northbound on 35th Street East and out of view.
The victim was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.

NARRATIVE:
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide detectives are responding to investigate the death of a man who died from his injuries after being struck by a vehicle. The incident occurred on Thursday January 24, 2019, at approximately 4:11 p.m., on the 38500 block of 35th St East, Palmdale.
The victim was transported to a local hospital and pronounced dead.
