Mattay Muhammad made #2 on Sheriff Victor Hill’s Top Ten Most wanted back in August 9th, 2018 when at a location in Riverdale, he entered a residence from the living room window.  Once inside Mattay forcibly raped a 13 year old after threatening to kill her and her little brother.  Mattay forced the victim to perform multiple sexual acts with him.  The 13 year old victim received multiple scratches on her face and neck during the sexual assault.   During the assault, Mattay used his cell phone to record the incident and forced the 13 year old victim to say, “Hi, Mom.”

Mattay was taken into custody earlier today by the U.S. Marshals Service in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Muhammad was found hiding in a dryer like a coward in the basement of his sister’s residence.

Special reservations at the “Hill-ton” are waiting for Mattay when Clayton County Sheriff’s Deputies bring him back to face the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail.
