Traffic Advisory - Highland Dr Closure 
3:30am: Highland Drive is closed near the intersection with Sky Terrace due to a single vehicle car versus pole accident. Driver of the vehicle is being treated for minor injuries. Powerlines are down across the road way. PG&E will not be able to begin repairs until daylight, so no ETA on when the road will reopen.
