Inside Lanes of Stacy Rd to Open Jan. 26 
On January 26 (weather permitting) TxDOT will open the East Bound side of Stacy Road on the inside lane. The West Bound side will also be open on the inside lane. Angel Parkway will stay in the configuration it is in until some work is completed in the crossover on Stacy at Angel.
Putting traffic on the inside lanes next to the median allows the contractor to complete all sidewalks and work on the outside of the street. Once that work is complete; traffic will move to the outside lanes to allow for work on the center medians.
