Highland deputies are seeking information regarding a fatal hit & run collision on Sterling Ave. near 9th St.

INCIDENT: Hit and Run Fatal Collision / Vehicle versus Bicycle
LOCATION: Sterling Ave / North of 9th St., Highland
SUSPECT(S): Unknown
VICTIM: John Doe
SUMMARY:
On January 21, 2019, at about 8:30 p.m., Highland Sheriff's Deputies responded to a call of a man laying in the street. Upon arrival, it was determined John Doe was riding his bicycle on Sterling Ave. and was struck by a southbound vehicle. The unknown vehicle fled the scene of the collision. John Doe was pronounced deceased at the scene by the fire department.
