Deputy Jason Cook of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Anna Nicole Gibson, 19, address listed as U.S. 221 South in Marion, with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
                On the afternoon of Tuesday, Jan. 15, as Cook was directing traffic at the high school, he smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from a vehicle occupied by Gibson, who is a McDowell High student, and other individuals.
                A search of the automobile turned up 1 gram of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
