Synopsis: A 29 year old male was riding a 2015 Suzuki motorcycle, westbound along 4300 Balboa Ave., at a high rate of speed. The male struck the curb and guardrail. He then slid to a stop in the number (1) lane of Balboa Avenue. The rider was pronounced deceased at the scene. No other vehicles were involved in the collision. Traffic Division responded to the scene and are handling the investigating.
