LOCATION: 56377 Twenty-Nine Palms Highway., Yucca Valley
Involved Party: Nicholas Shine, 20 years old, resident of Yucca Valley
VICTIM: Tymmothy Mosley, 19 years old, Transient
SUMMARY:
On Monday, January 21, 2019 at 1:30 a.m. dispatch received 911 calls regarding a shooting victim, Nicholas Shine, at a gas station at 56888 Twenty-Nine Palms Highway Yucca Valley. Deputies responded and found Shine inside the business suffering from a gunshot wound. Shine was transported to Desert Regional Hospital in Palm Springs.
Through investigation, deputies responded to the scene of the shooting, at the 56000 block of Twenty-nine Palms Highway, Yucca Valley. Deputies located a deceased male, later identified as Tymmothy Mosley. Sheriff’s Homicide Detectives responded to conduct the investigation. The motive for the shooting remains under investigation.
