After assessing conditions, at 2:15 PM today, the Noble County Commissioners cancelled the "Watch" Travel Advisory that was issued yesterday. All county roads are open to normal travel.
As cold temperatures will continue over the next few days and there may be some slick spots on the road, caution should be used when traveling.. Blankets and emergency suppliles should be kept in your vehicle.
