* WHAT...Snow. Dangerously cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 30 below zero expected. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches, up to 8 inches on the highest ridges and higher windward slopes. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.
* WHERE...Southeast Webster, Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.
* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, from 7 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Monday. For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 AM EST Monday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
