Wind Chill Warning until 07:00PM Monday

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation. Dangerously cold wind chills expected. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches today and additional ice accumulations of one to two tenths of an inch this morning. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. Wind chills as low as 35 below zero expected tonight through Monday.

* WHERE...Delaware and Sullivan counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 4 PM EST this afternoon. For the Wind Chill Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: SULLIVAN ... DELAWARE
