WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM SUNDAY TO NOON MONDAY...

* WHAT...Dangerous wind chills and strong winds. Wind chills as
low as -15. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. Areas of black ice.

* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest and west
central Virginia and southeast West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Sunday to noon EST Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds could cause tree and powerline
damage. The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken.
