* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches
expected. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. Wind chills as low as
-15. Areas of black ice.
* WHERE...Western Greenbrier County.
* WHEN...From 7 AM Sunday to noon EST Monday. Lowest wind chills
expected Sunday night.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The
hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute. Gusty
winds could bring down tree branches. The cold wind chills could
