Traffic accident leads to arrest of Princeton man on DUI charge. 
On January 18, 2019, at 6:26 p.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a report of an accident with injuries on State Road 56 near County Road 75 East. Upon arriving Captain Bryan Ellis began an investigation into the accident. While speaking with the driver 55 year old Jimmy Dillon of Princeton Captain Ellis believed that Mr. Dillon might be under the influence of alcohol. At that point Captain Ellis began a roadside DUI investigation. At the conclusion of his investigation Captain Ellis transported Mr. Dillon to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Driving While Suspended/Prior and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated. Mr. Dillon remains in custody on a $650 bond.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
