**State Of Emergency** Governor Phil Murphy is declaring a state of emergency, effective noon Saturday. There will also be a travel restriction that includes tractor trailers, carpool trailers — anything attached to your car that gives you more than two axles — recreational vehicles, and motorcycles. The restriction includes Interstate 95 and north.
